The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things necessary, that will result in the completion of the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC), EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Tier 2 constructions project, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation documents. The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements. Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the proposal. A site visit has been scheduled.
