Background

Work Details

Bidder Requirements

Interested parties must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. Respondents are required to submit a notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit with their proposal. Additionally, bidders must provide a completed Chapter 271 Political Contribution Disclosure Form if applicable.
