Background

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department (JFRD) is seeking to procure two Enhanced Decontamination Systems (EDS) using federal funds. This procurement aims to enhance the department's capabilities in handling hazardous materials effectively.

Work Details

The contract involves the purchase of: 1. Two Enhanced Decontamination Systems (EDS) - 6-Man capacity. 2. Two cases of Fibertech Wipes, specifically 12x12 inches, with each case containing 50 wipes. The delivery location for these items is 355 Ellis Road South, Jacksonville, FL 32254, with a requested delivery date no later than June 15, 2026.

Period of Performance

This is a one-time purchase agreement that will commence upon the execution of the Purchase Order (PO) or contract and will continue until the completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to Jacksonville, Florida.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. They are required to provide proof of applicable local business licenses and experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders must certify that no official or employee of the City has a material financial interest in their company.
