Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered vendors in eVA. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security are required for all bids regardless of amount. Additionally, contractor registration is required as per Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia.
