Fredrick Douglas Window Replacement

Scope of Work

The County is seeking sealed bids for the Fredrick Douglas Window Replacement project (Y26-743). The work includes, but is not limited to, the complete replacement of windows at the Fredrick Douglas facility. All materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to furnish and install the new windows as specified in the contract documents are to be provided by the contractor.

This solicitation is issued by Orange County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the County.

Background

The County is undertaking this project to replace existing windows at the Fredrick Douglas facility. The estimated cost for this project is $319,428.00.

Contract Requirements

- All work must comply with the specifications and requirements set forth in the contract documents. - The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the window replacement. - The project must be completed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.
