Administration Building Dumpster Pad Expansion

Background

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity responsible for public infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and water control systems. The District is seeking a General Contractor to assist in the expansion of a dumpster pad as part of its infrastructure improvements.

Work Details

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the dumpster pad expansion according to the plans and specifications outlined in Exhibit C – Project Specifications. The work includes: - Locating underground utilities - Identifying conflicts - Performing selective demolition - Minimizing disruption to operations - Coordinating adjustments to the irrigation system and restoring it post-construction - Constructing a new dumpster pad with improvements such as concrete, grading, and fencing with gates - Ensuring proper drainage - Maintaining traffic control and job site protection - Restoring all disturbed areas to conditions equal to or better than existing.

Period of Performance
