Work Requested

The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida intends to procure the commodities or contractual services outlined in Exhibit A: SINGLE/SOLE SOURCE COMMODITIES OR CONTRACTUAL SERVICES from a single or sole source vendor. The specific goods or services to be purchased are described in Exhibit A, and this procurement is being recommended as a single/sole source action.

Requesting Entity

This procurement is being initiated by The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida (the School Board ).

Background

This notification is issued in accordance with Rule 6A-1.012(12)(d), Florida Administrative Code. The intent is to inform the public that a recommendation will be made to award this procurement to the referenced vendor as a single or sole source. The description of the commodities or contractual services is posted for a period of seven (7) business days to allow for public notice.

Contract Requirements

- The procurement involves commodities or contractual services as detailed in Exhibit A. - The purchase is intended from a single or sole source vendor. - "Like" is defined as equal, equivalent, and/or identical to the described commodities or services.

Instructions on Submission

- This is not a request for bids, proposals, or replies, and there is no competitive solicitation available. - HCPS will not consider any responses as a bid, proposal, or reply. - Any responses received will be used solely to determine whether bona-fide competition exists. - Interested firms or individuals may express their interest and demonstrate their capability to meet the requirements by uploading EXHIBIT B: RESPONSE TO PURCHASE SINGLE/SOLE SOURCE COMMODITIES OR CONTRACTUAL SERVICES and all relevant documents via www.myvendorlink.com . - Responses must include clear and convincing documentation that the respondent can meet or exceed the stated requirements. - Only responses received within seven (7) calendar days after the date of publication of this notification will be considered.

Additional Information

All responses will be reviewed by the District. The determination to proceed without competition, based on the responses received, will be made solely by the General Manager of Procurement Services, or designee, and the Procurement Officer.
