Provision of Process Server Services

Background

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), specifically the Office of Public and Indian Housing, is seeking to procure process server services across multiple Hawaiian islands including Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii Island. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective legal service delivery in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Work Details

The contractor will provide process server services which include but are not limited to: serving legal documents, ensuring proper documentation of service, maintaining records of all served documents, and providing timely updates on the status of service requests. The contractor must have a satisfactory performance record and adhere to ethical business practices as outlined in the solicitation. Services must comply with public policy requirements such as Equal Employment Opportunity.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a specified period as defined in the solicitation, typically ranging from one year with possible extensions based on performance and need.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed on the islands of Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii Island.

Bidder Requirements

Offerors must demonstrate a satisfactory performance record and integrity in business ethics. They must not be suspended or debarred from contracting with HUD or any other government agency. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Wage Certificate, a Bid Offer Form with an original signature, a Corporate Resolution indicating authorized signers for bid documents, and the Certification and Representations of Offerors (Form HUD 5369-C).
