Broadway Paving - Phase 2

Work Details

The scope of work includes: - Removal of existing Concrete Sidewalks and Curb & Gutter - Removal of existing Stormwater Structures

Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repairs

- Construction of concrete sidewalk and sidewalk ramps - Installation of Stormwater structures and pipe - Asphalt Concrete Pavement cold plane removal

Asphalt Concrete Paving

- Temporary and permanent pedestrian and traffic control measures

Temporary Traffic Signal Detection

- Permanent Signal improvements and detection loops - Installation of Pedestrian scale bollard lighting. The estimated project cost range is $1,700,000 to $2,000,000.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be completed by October 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed in Eugene, Oregon along Broadway.
