Ballard City - 1000 South Connector

Background

Ballard City is requesting bids for the construction of the 1000 South Connector Project. The project aims to enhance infrastructure in Ballard City, Duchesne County, and Roosevelt City by constructing new road, water, and storm drain utilities. Work Details

The project includes the following work: construction of a new road and associated utilities. Specific items include: - 15,900 cubic yards of borrow material - 3,600 cubic yards of roadway excavation - A concrete box culvert with headwalls and wingwalls - 11,500 square yards of geogrid - 3,050 cubic yards of untreated base course - 3,000 tons of hot mix asphalt - 2,120 linear feet of storm drain pipe - 940 linear feet of culinary water line. Bids will be received for a single contract.

Bids must be submitted to Jones and DeMille Engineering at their office located at 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, Utah. Questions regarding the bid must be directed to Karrissa Musich by May 26, 2026. Attendance at the pre-bid conference on May 18, 2026 is encouraged but not mandatory.
