Sourcewell is seeking proposals to provide Electrical Energy Power Generation Equipment along with related parts, supplies, and services. The goal is to establish a comprehensive procurement solution that will be available for use by a wide range of public sector entities. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Sourcewell, a local government unit and service cooperative based in the State of Minnesota.

Background

Sourcewell's Participating Entities include thousands of organizations across the United States and Canada. These entities encompass governmental agencies, higher education institutions, K-12 schools, nonprofit organizations, tribal governments, and other public agencies. Sourcewell is committed to supporting diversity and encourages the participation of Small, Minority-owned, Women's Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE/VBE) suppliers, both as prime contractors and subcontractors.

Contract Requirements

- Proposals must address the supply of electrical energy power generation equipment and all related parts, supplies, and services. - Suppliers are encouraged to demonstrate how they will support the needs of a diverse set of public sector entities. - Active participation from S/M/WBE/VBE suppliers is strongly encouraged.

- A full copy of the Request for Proposals is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal . - All proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal. - The deadline for submission is June 23, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be considered.
