Scope of Work

The project involves the following construction activities for the Boulder Prairie Addition in Rock Valley, IA: - Excavation of approximately 33,500 cubic yards (C.Y.), Class 10 - On-site placement of 7,960 C.Y. topsoil - Installation of 3 sanitary sewer structures - Construction of 390 linear feet (L.F.) of 8 PVC sanitary sewer main (trenched) - Installation of 436 L.F. of PVC C900 water main - Placement of 2 precast concrete storm sewer structures - Construction of 1,877 square yards (S.Y.) of 6 thick Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement - Placement of 2,096 S.Y. of 6 thick modified subbase - Other related construction work as required
