This acquisition purchase will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 12 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 15 May 2026. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply-service exists that would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
