Impact Evaluation of PNM Substation and Transmission Line Project

Work Requested

The County is seeking qualified Offerors to conduct an independent analysis of an application submitted by the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). This work involves: - Evaluating the merits and accuracy of PNM's land use application - Reviewing associated electrical transmission infrastructure, including substations and transmission lines - Providing a comprehensive impact evaluation to support the Bernalillo County Commission's (BCC) decision-making process Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department on behalf of the Bernalillo County Planning and Development Services Department.

Background

The County has received a land use application from PNM regarding the development of substation and transmission line infrastructure. To ensure an objective review, the County seeks an independent analysis to guide the BCC in evaluating the application.
