Work Details

The selected vendor will provide the following services: - 24/7 toll-free Crisis Help Line services via phone and text for survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence in Dane County. - Brief crisis case management services for up to 10% of total clients served. - Emergency shelter options for survivors in need, with at least 20% of the total budget allocated for this purpose. - Emotional counseling support, safety planning, resource information, and referrals to other support services. - Supportive services beyond initial contact, including resource navigation and transportation assistance (e.g., ride or bus vouchers). - Monthly reporting on client numbers and service hours provided via an online format, along with quarterly narrative summaries detailing service delivery successes and challenges.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the execution date, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.
