Wildlife Sanctuary Birds Of Prey Site Improvements

Work Requested

The City of Green Bay is seeking proposals for the "PARKS 5-26 Wildlife Sanctuary Birds of Prey Site Improvements" project. The scope of work includes: - Removal of approximately 140 square yards of pavement and 1,100 linear feet of fence - Excavation as required by the plans - Installation of 32 tons of asphalt paving, including asphalt milling and resurfacing - Installation of 990 linear feet of new fence - Plantings as specified Additionally, the alternate add portion of the contract consists of constructing 990 linear feet of cable railing and any incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown in the plans and contract documents.

These documents are available for review in the City Clerk's/Treasurer's Office and the Director of Public Works Office at Green Bay City Hall.

Contract Requirements

All work must comply with the plans, standard specifications, supplemental specifications, and special provisions on file. Contractors are responsible for all incidental items required to complete the project as detailed in the proposal and contract documents.
