Services must adhere to TJC standards and include program management, human engineering, and logistical support. Key responsibilities include: - Processing clinician orders for home oxygen and related equipment through the Prosthetic and Sensory Aid Services (P&SAS). - Coordinating delivery, maintenance, and pickup of equipment under the direction of VA clinicians. - Ensuring timely service delivery as per established timelines set by the VA. - Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments as directed by VA clinicians. - Maintaining documentation for all employee training related to equipment handling and patient care. - Providing 24/7 emergency service capability with a response time of 30 minutes for emergency calls. - Notifying the VA's representative of any changes in treatment plans or equipment issues within specified timeframes.
