The City of Fergus Falls is seeking bids for the construction of the 2026 Mill and Overlay and ADA Improvements project. Bids will be accepted electronically via vBid through Quest CDN until May 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time. The bids will be opened and read via video/phone conference at 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Mailed or hand-delivered bids will not be considered. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Moore Engineering, Inc., located at 1808 E Fir Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537-3974. Bidders can examine the documents at the Issuing Office during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Partial sets of documents will not be available, and the Owner or Engineer will not be responsible for documents obtained from other sources. All bids must include a signed statement under oath by the Bidder's owner or officer verifying compliance with Minn. Stat. 16C.285, along with a list of first-tier subcontractors intended for the project. Contractors must meet the minimum criteria for responsible contractors as defined by Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Subd. 3 to be eligible for contract award. False statements regarding compliance will lead to ineligibility for contract awards and may result in contract termination.
