The Joliet Township Government is inviting sealed bids for the H.O.W. 575 E. Jackson Street Asphalt Surfacing, Project No. GT2026-02, in accordance with the Illinois Township Code. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Town Clerk at 175 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, before 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. After this time, all proposals will be publicly opened at the Town Hall Meeting Room, where the bid price will be read aloud. Electronic sealed proposals will also be accepted via email at clerk@joliettownship.net, and must be received by 1:30 PM CST on May 13, 2026. The email subject line should read: "SEALED BID - H.O.W. 575 E. Jackson Street Asphalt Surfacing GT2026-02 - [COMPANY NAME]". It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm receipt of electronic submissions.
