Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 730 calendar days from the Notice To Proceed date issued by the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity. Place of Performance The services will be performed on the Island of Molokai, Hawaii. Bidder Requirements Bidders must possess a valid State Contractor’s license, Classification A. Additionally, bidders seeking preference must be a party to an apprenticeship agreement registered with the State Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) at the time the bid is submitted for each apprenticeable trade employed.
