On-Call High and Medium Voltage Electric Services

The intent of this request is to establish a short list of approved contractors with sufficient capacity of qualified personnel to provide services related to On-Call High and Medium Voltage Electric Repair Services in the City of Waterbury. The successful contractors shall be able to dispatch the required technical resources to the site within 4 hours or less, following a request for services by an authorized representative Agent from the City. Contractor must be available to respond to emergency services 365 days per year, 24 hours per day and within 4 hours of request for services. The services provider and the Using Agency shall agree to the date and time a service request or task order has been issued and received at the time of the request issued. The purpose of the proposed contract will be to provide immediate services to troubleshoot, maintain, test 15kV main switch gear and all associated 480V electrical equipment, in conjunction with any follow-up to resolve permanent repairs and/or component installations.
