The Department of the State Fire Marshal is issuing this RFI to solicit information from entities regarding the creation and application of a Social Survey to build a baseline data set to understand Oregon's status in adapting to wildfire, including which social science data collection methodologies should be used to conduct the Social Survey. Recommendations for using the resulting data set, to enable progress measurement in community wildfire adaptation work should be included in the Response.
