Background The County of Hawai'i is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Price Term Agreement for bus transportation services for the 2026 Summer Fun Program managed by the Department of Parks & Recreation. Additionally, the contractor must maintain insurance coverage with specific limits: $1 million per person for bodily injury and $50,000 for property damage, with an aggregate coverage of at least $5 million.
