Roof Repairs

Sealed bids for roof repairs will be accepted by Watertown-Mayer Public Schools at their district office. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, after which they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after this deadline will not be considered. Each bid must include a bid security of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders provided in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days following the submission deadline. All bidding contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, at the Watertown-Mayer Public Schools District Office located at 1001 Highway 25 NW, Watertown, MN 55388. For additional details, please refer to the Project Manual. Bids should be submitted to the attention of Darren Schuler, Superintendent of Schools, at the district office address provided.
