The County of Hawai i, Office of Housing and Community Development ( County ) desires to hire a qualified and capable Provider agency ( Contractor ) with at least one (1) year experience in the management and operation of an emergency overnight shelter, to manage and operate an EMERGENCY COT SLEEPING PROGRAM ( Program ) in West Hawai'i, Island of Hawai i. The term of the contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, effective upon the date of the Notice to Proceed, renewable for an additional one (1) year option period.
