Background The requirement is issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) for the provision of labor, services, equipment, and materials necessary for the emptying, cleaning, offload, transfer, transportation, and disposal of liquid inside Void 3-5-0-V onboard the Barge YRBM-29. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations while maintaining safety standards during the cleaning process. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Emptying and cleaning of liquid inside Void 3-5-0-V. 2. Offloading and transferring of liquids and solids waste generated during the cleaning process. 3. Transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. 4. Provide all necessary labor, services, equipment (including cranes), materials, tools, scaffolding services, rigging services, transportation, testing utilities (air, water, electricity), and support to accomplish the work as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). 5. Conduct preliminary inspections to ensure readiness for gas-free certification prior to work commencement. 6. Submit Condition Found Reports (CFR) within specified timeframes identifying any discrepancies or damages associated with the work performed. 7. Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and proper disposal of all waste generated during operations. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from 11 May 2026 through 15 May 2026. Place of Performance The work will be conducted onboard the Barge YRBM-29.
