Background The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals for a Utility Ticket Management System to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in utility locate operations. The system aims to automate ticket assignment, provide real-time tracking, and ensure regulatory compliance. This initiative aligns with the City’s mission to improve service delivery in utility management. Work Details The Contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a fully functional Utility Ticket Management System that meets specified requirements. Key responsibilities include: 1) Providing ongoing maintenance and technical support; 2) Delivering training sessions for supervisors and locators; 3) Creating comprehensive user manuals; 4) Integrating the system with existing software tools.
