Background The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction, on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and Texas A&M University-Texarkana, is soliciting statements of qualifications for the selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for the Eagle Landing Phase 4 project. This project aims to support the university's mission by addressing the growing enrollment needs as they aim to reach a student population of 5,000 by 2028-2030. Work Details The project involves the construction of six apartment-style residence halls, each with 105 beds, accommodating up to 630 students. The design includes a mix of shared and private bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. Each residence hall will consist of three floors. To ensure compliance with fire lane access codes, an existing road will be rerouted to create a loop around the site, connecting back to the parking lot north of Eagle Landing Phase 4. Additionally, a future clubhouse is planned adjacent to the residence halls for student collaboration and housing support spaces.
