Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to remove stoppages and service the heating water system. Key tasks include: - Developing a Method of Procedure (MOP) for each repair. - Implementing lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for affected pumps and valves. - Performing repairs on black steel and copper piping as per VA specifications. - Replacing failed valves with 3-way valves and installing isolation valves on main lines. - Cleaning strainers and flushing coils in Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems. - Replacing damaged ceiling tiles within a specified radius of repair locations. - Ensuring compliance with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) levels during construction activities. - Conducting daily clean-up of work areas and ensuring safety measures are followed throughout the project.
