The work includes: 1. Modernization of Building 56 including concrete work and waste/water management. 2. Compliance with Department of Labor General Decision No. UT20260082 dated 01/02/2026 regarding wage requirements. 3. Submission of payroll records associated with personnel working on this Purchase Order to ensure compliance with labor regulations. 4. On-site work cannot commence until a Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is received and approved by the contracting office within 10 calendar days after award. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
