Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), part of the United States Department of the Interior, is seeking contractors for the design and construction of new developed infrastructure at Little Creek Campground in Utah. The goal of this contract is to enhance visitor experience and site functionality while addressing issues such as erosion, traffic circulation, sun exposure, and limited parking for off-highway vehicles (OHVs) and trailers.
