PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation contract is to solicit responses to contract with a vendor(s) to provide Vending Machine Rental, Products, and Services at the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA). The following MDVA locations need one food and one beverage vending machine: Montevideo and Silver Bay. Contract Release V-57. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Event/Solicitation. Non-electronic and e-mail responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
