Background The City of Lebanon is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for custodial services at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. The airport operates year-round, seven days a week, including holidays. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various areas of the terminal building, which includes public spaces and administrative offices. Work Details The contractor will provide custodial services for the first-floor public spaces, TSA offices, passenger screening area, passenger hold room, and second-floor administration spaces. Specific tasks include: - Daily cleaning of restrooms: washing walls, stalls, entry doors; maintaining floors; cleaning sinks, mirrors, toilets, urinals; dusting vents; removing trash; and replacing hand soap and toilet tissue. - Cleaning public terminal space: cleaning water fountains and coffee areas; dusting windowsills and furniture; vacuuming all floor spaces except behind rental car counters; removing trash. - TSA terminal space: vacuuming TSA office as requested; trash removal; vacuuming carpet; wiping down desks. - Cleaning TSA security areas: cleaning glass; vacuuming floors; wiping down divestiture tables; removing trash. - General cleaning across all areas: wiping down/disinfecting door handles and other touchpoints. - Second-floor tasks include maintaining stairwell floors, dusting upstairs spaces, and cleaning bathrooms. Carpet cleaning will occur twice yearly in the terminal lobby and TSA offices, with yearly shampooing in administration offices. Custodial supplies will be provided by the contractor while the airport will supply trash bags, hand soap, and toilet tissue. Period of Performance The contract is set to commence on July 6, 2026, with a performance period of three years until July 1, 2029. Place of Performance The custodial services will be performed at the Lebanon Municipal Airport located at 5 Airpark Road, West Lebanon, NH 03784. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial resources for performance and possess necessary experience and qualifications. They must comply with insurance requirements including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability Insurance. Bidders are also required to submit a performance bond.
