Construction Sweeper and Skid Steer Angel Broom Attachment

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of a Construction Sweeper and Skid Steer Angel Broom Attachment. The goal is to establish a contract for supplying these items to support the state's operational needs.

Work Details

The contract involves providing the following items: 1) Construction Sweeper - Broce Broom Sweeper or equivalent with specifications including certified ROPS/Canopy, heavy structural steel frame, operating weight around 5,500 lbs, sweeping width of 8 feet, and various engine options (John Deere or Kubota). 2) Skid Steer Angle Broom Attachment - Comparable with John Deere BA84C model, designed for installation on an existing John Deere 325G. Specifications include a weight of 440 kg (960 lb), sweeping angle of ±30 degrees, overall length of 1740 mm (69 in), and hydraulic flow requirements.

Period of Performance

Delivery of items is required within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery locations include DOT Mechanical Services Office in Concord, NH and NHDOT District 1 Office in Whitefield, NH.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire. They must also provide material safety data sheets for products covered by RSA 277-A. The successful vendor must warranty all equipment for at least one year from the date received and accepted by the state.
