Crack Sealer

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of Crack Sealer. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified item(s). This contract aims to ensure that the state has access to necessary materials for maintenance and repair work.

Work Details

The successful vendor will be required to provide 1 unit of Crack Sealer as specified in the bid invitation. The vendor must include product literature and specifications with their bid submission. The delivery must comply with all requirements outlined in the bid, including adherence to specifications and quality standards. The vendor's offer shall meet or exceed the required specifications, and all equipment/items offered must be new (current model year) and not previously used or refurbished.

Period of Performance

Delivery of items is required within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is to be made to Mechanical Services at 33 Smokey Bear Blvd, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor shall also provide warranty coverage for all items awarded for a period of not less than one year from acceptance by the state.
