Background The Rhode Island Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to address findings from the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) regarding the 2025 MS4 Evaluation Inspection conducted on the Pastore Campus in Cranston, RI. The goal is to bring the Pastore Campus Complex into compliance with environmental regulations. Work Details The selected contractor will be responsible for addressing specific findings from the RIDEM inspection. This includes developing and implementing a plan to ensure compliance with MS4 stormwater management requirements. The contractor must provide detailed documentation of their approach, including timelines, methodologies, and any necessary permits or approvals required for the work. Period of Performance The initial contract period will begin upon issuance of a Purchase Order and will last for one year, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year based on performance and funding availability. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be registered in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals. They must comply with all licensing requirements for services described in this solicitation. Insurance requirements include liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence, workers' compensation, automobile liability, and professional liability insurance. Vendors are encouraged to include participation from minority-owned and women-owned businesses (MBEs/WBEs) as part of their proposal.
