RIDE High-Quality Curriculum Based Professional Learning

Background

The Rhode Island Department of Education is inviting proposals from multiple vendors specializing in Curriculum-Based Professional Learning (CBPL) for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. This initiative aims to support the effective implementation of high-quality curricula across educational settings, enhancing instructional practices and improving equitable student outcomes.

Work Details

Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate their expertise and experience in providing targeted CBPL services. The services sought include professional development for educators to effectively implement high-quality curricula, training sessions, workshops, and ongoing support tailored to the needs of various educational settings. The contract will establish a Master Price Agreement or Master Qualified Service Provider list, allowing for as-needed services based on agency requirements.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence on May 08, 2026, and conclude on November 30, 2028. Contracts may be renewed for up to one additional 12-month period based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed within the State of Rhode Island across various educational institutions as determined by the Rhode Island Department of Education.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals. They are required to provide a fully executed Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Participation Acknowledgment Form with their proposal. Vendors must possess all necessary licenses and insurance as outlined in the solicitation, including liability insurance with specified minimum coverage amounts.
