Background The City of Saint Paul is issuing this solicitation for the Enterprise Endpoint Lifecycle Program. The program aims to manage and optimize the lifecycle of endpoint devices within the city's IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance aligned with the city's mission to provide effective services to its residents. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive services related to endpoint device management, including but not limited to: - Procurement of endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, tablets) in specified quantities. - Deployment and configuration of devices according to city standards. - Ongoing maintenance and support for all deployed devices. - Lifecycle management including upgrades, repairs, and eventual disposal of outdated equipment. - Implementation of security measures to protect city data on all endpoints. - Regular reporting on device status and performance metrics. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 36 months from the date of award. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various locations within the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered in the City of Saint Paul Supplier Portal prior to submitting a response. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to participate in the Vendor Outreach Program as outlined in Chapter 84 of the City Code. Compliance with the Saint Paul Administrative Code regarding financial interests is mandatory.
