Floodwood School Sitework

Sealed bid proposals will be received in accordance with the construction contract documents prepared by Widseth for the Floodwood School Sitework project located at 115 W 4th Ave, Floodwood, MN 55736. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Floodwood Schools, with InGensa acting as Construction Managers. Categories of work to be bid include Sitework. A project labor agreement is in place for this project, and details can be found in the project manual. Bids will be received at the District Office until 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Late bids will be returned unopened, and no faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Sealed bid proposals must be marked with the Bidder's Name and Category of Work. Bidders may view the project drawings and specifications electronically. For access to the bidding documents, contact Angie Stahnke at 218-428-0786 or astahnke@ingensainc.com. Bid documents will be available on or about April 22, 2026, and will be distributed electronically via Procore. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Floodwood School District Office, followed by a walk-through of the building site. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or corporate surety bond equal to five percent of the base bid as bid security. Successful bidders will need to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. Bidders must adhere to MN State Statute 16C.285 regarding Responsible Contractor Requirements. Floodwood Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within sixty days after the closing date.
