The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract for the purchase of E-ZPass Group certified multiprotocol RFID Express Lane System transponders involving the ongoing maintenance, operations and potential expansion of the Minnesota E-ZPass Express Lane System. This Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Transportation, intends to establish a contract for the transponders for the purpose of on-going basis in support of MN E-ZPass operations.

Period of Performance The anticipated contract term is from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2028, with an option to extend for up to an additional three years. Place of Performance The services will be performed within the State of Minnesota. Bidder Requirements Responders must have been in business under their current name or Federal Employer ID for at least three years. They must provide a price for all line items on the Price Schedule to be considered for an award. Additionally, businesses eligible as targeted group (TG), economically disadvantaged (ED), or veteran-owned (VO) will receive preference points during evaluation.
