Background The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is issuing this solicitation for the 2025 Campus Building Rehab Program - Rebid. This program aims at the remediation of existing buildings on the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) campus. The MAC is a public corporation responsible for managing the airport facilities and ensuring they meet operational and safety standards. Work Details The project includes the following remediation services: - Painting - Masonry repairs - Sealant replacement - Miscellaneous repairs to existing buildings on the MSP campus. All work must comply with specified requirements outlined in the project documentation. Period of Performance The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all specified remediation work is completed. Bids will close at 2:00 PM on May 13, 2026. Place of Performance All work will be performed at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with Minnesota Statute Section 473.144 regarding affirmative action plans for contracts exceeding $100,000. Additionally, there is a goal of 17% utilization of Small Businesses (SB) on this project. Bidders must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet this goal or risk having their bids deemed non-responsive.
