Background The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is issuing a contract for the 2026 Airfield Thermoplastic Markings project at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion, with bids closing at 2:00 PM on May 12, 2026. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with Minnesota Statute, Section 473.144 regarding affirmative action plans for contracts exceeding $100,000. Evidence of compliance must be submitted within one MAC business day following the opening of bids. Additionally, there is a goal for Small Business utilization set at 5%.
