THE WORK CONSISTS OF

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below: Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s): 1235 OAKLAWN AVENUE, CRANSTON, RI 02920 (1675 SQ FT) This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, is issuing this solicitation for janitorial services as part of their DoD Recruiting Facilities Program. The goal of the contract is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of leased spaces utilized for recruiting purposes. This procurement is set aside for small business vendors. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services in designated spaces including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. Services will be performed on a two-day per week schedule (104 service days) at 1235 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920 (1675 SQ FT). The Contractor must ensure that no keys or access codes are provided to Government leased facilities. Additionally, the Contractor must submit a work schedule for each service that includes approximate times for beginning and completion for approval at a pre-work conference. All cleaning shall be performed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Period of Performance The base period of performance will begin at contract award and end on April 30, 2027.
