Proposals for the work described will be accepted online through QuestCDN.com until 11:00 AM on Monday, May 18, 2026. At that time, the bids will be opened and publicly read via conference call only. The work involves the construction of approximately 10,900 SY of Bituminous Roadway, 6,200 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter, 22,300 SF of Sidewalk, 3,050 LF of Watermain, 2,900 LF of Sanitary Sewer, 3,600 LF of 12 to 24 Storm Sewer, and 6,700 SY of Turf Establishment, along with numerous related items, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All work must be completed by August 21, 2026. The plan holders list, addendums, and bid tabulations will be available for download online at www.questcdn.com or www.bolton-menk.com. Bids must be submitted online no later than the specified date and time. The Owner will only accept online electronic bids through QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. All prospective contractors must comply with the minimum criteria for a 'responsible contractor' as defined in Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3. A false statement under oath verifying compliance will make the contractor ineligible for the project. A Proposal Bond of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Maple Plain, must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if it serves their interest.
