Background The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to acquire and deliver FSV Heavy Trawl Wire for use on NOAA Ships Henry Bigelow and Pisces. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these vessels are equipped with the necessary trawl wire for their operations, supporting NOAA's mission in marine research and fisheries management. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following: A. Purchase two sets of trawl wires (4 spools total) as described in section 3 of the Statement of Work. B. Deliver wire to NOAA Fisheries Support Warehouse. C. Provide equipment and operator to unload spools and place on blocking/dunnage in outdoor storage yard. D. Cover spools with heavy tarps and securely band tarps in place, marking spool wrapping with 'HB/PC', wire type, and identifying line lay (RH or LH). Period of Performance Delivery is required by September 1, 2026. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to the NOAA Fisheries Support Warehouse located at Gulf Marine Support Facility, 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567-1207.
