Background The Division of Purchases of the State of Rhode Island is seeking to establish a Qualified List of Vendors for MPA 507 Construction Testing Services. This initiative aims to assist the State with various aspects and disciplines on construction projects through qualified vendors who can provide testing services and inspections. The goal is to ensure quality and compliance in construction activities across the state. Work Details Vendors will be required to provide comprehensive testing services and inspections related to construction projects. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, soil testing, concrete testing, asphalt testing, and other related inspection services necessary for construction compliance. Vendors must demonstrate their qualifications in these areas as part of their application to be included on the Qualified List. Period of Performance The initial contract period will begin approximately on July 1, 2026, for three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for up to two (2) additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds. Place of Performance Services will be performed throughout the State of Rhode Island as required by various construction projects. Bidder Requirements Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ and complete all necessary documentation including a Minority Business Enterprise Participation Acknowledgment Form. Vendors are also required to maintain a valid certificate of registration issued by the Rhode Island Contractors’ Registration Board throughout the term of the contract.
