Background The Military Sealift Command Norfolk, Strategic Sealift Program Support Office is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) N3220526R6056 for the purpose of securing vessel(s) capable of meeting specific transportation requirements. The goal is to facilitate the movement of cargo, including helicopters, wheeled vehicles, and breakbulk, as part of their strategic sealift operations. Work Details The contractor will be required to provide a Roll On – Roll Off (RO-RO) vessel that meets the following specifications: 1. Vessel must be U.S. or foreign flagged with a stern ramp door and main deck height capable of carrying 39,716 square feet of cargo. 2. The vessel's length overall (LOA) must not exceed 948 ft (289 m) and draft must not exceed 50 ft (15.2 m). 3. Cargo includes helicopters, wheeled vehicles, and breakbulk as per the provided packing list. 4. Load port is Corpus Christi, TX (USA) with an available load date of April 17, 2026. Discharge port is Alexandroupolis, Greece with a latest arrival date of May 14, 2026. 5. Laytime is set at 3 days total for the entire mission with laydays commencing on April 16, 2026. 6.
