Work Details The project involves replacing all existing concrete at 'The 90' with new 5,000 PSI, 6-inch thick concrete reinforced with welded fabric. Bidder Requirements Bids must be submitted by Prime Contractors on a Lump Sum basis. All bids must include a bid guarantee of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. A 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond are required from the successful bidder. Contractors must also register as plan holders to receive addendums and must identify their position as either prime bidder or subcontractor when ordering plans.
