Background The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of goods and services related to Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). The BPA aims to support the mission of USGS by ensuring the availability of necessary testing kits and related services. This BPA is intended for non-personal services and allows for flexibility in ordering while establishing a framework for pricing and delivery. Work Details The BPA covers the delivery of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Test Kits specifically designed for testing Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). The contractor is required to provide all necessary facilities, labor, supervision, and materials to fulfill the requirements outlined in this agreement. The overall not-to-exceed value of this BPA is $200,000.00 over its five-year duration. The contractor must comply with all specifications detailed in the attached documents, including a Statement of Work and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Period of Performance The period of performance for this BPA is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. Place of Performance Deliveries will be made to the USGS National Wildlife Health Center located at 6006 Schroeder Road, Madison, WI 53711.
