This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912D0-26-Q-A006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for U.S. Army Portable Latrine Rental and Other Related Services at Joint Base Elmendorf- Richardson and cantonment areas. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Background The U.S. Army 11th Airborne Division, located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, requires efficient and dependable portable latrine rental and related services to support operations locally. This contract aims to provide safe, sanitary, healthy, and reliable conditions for soldiers and the community while ensuring compliance with military regulations and federal and state environmental standards. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the rental of portable latrines and related services. Services include: rental, delivery, set-up, pumping, cleaning, refill, restock, dismantling, pickup, and relocation of heated and non-heated standard portable latrines as well as handicap accessible latrines. Additionally, the contractor will pump vault latrines and manage grey water containers and black water bags/containers. All services must comply with the specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and adhere to local, state, and federal laws.
